As the President and Chief Technologist, Dov Levy consistently works at the forefront of technological innovation by leveraging cutting edge technologies to develop complex business systems for the Federal government and the private sector. As co-founder of Dovel, Levy has over 25 years of broad-based experience in the development and deployment of large and complex information systems.
Levy’s technical expertise encompasses large system architecture, system development lifecycle processes, mission-critical system operations, system development methodology, software estimation, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and Six Sigma principles. He is highly sought after to perform independent assessments, provide technical expertise, and speak publically.
Under Levy’s direction and leadership, Dovel Technologies expanded its practice area into the design and deployment of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Service Oriented Enterprise (SOE), and Service Oriented Infrastructure (SOI) concepts.
Levy completed his undergraduate degree in Tel Aviv University, and he holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from George Washington University.
