Dovel has deep experience in developing and configuring commercial off-the-shelf solutions that meet the specific uses of our customers. Beyond implementation, our team works to integrate many of our solutions with established financial management systems across the Federal government, particularly in Health IT and Department of Defense (DoD), to provide for more transparency and coordination between organizations. By enabling integration, our customers and their end users have direct visibility into financial aspects of the programs. Our specific services include:
- Analyze and align requirements to Enterprise Architecture requirements
- Provide fit gap analysis of existing roles, process and systems to re-engineered approaches
- Assist in development and implementation of agency test plans and materials, including scenarios and scripts
- Plan and implement interfaces to approved design specifications and schedules
Our team, as part of the GrantSolutions Center of Excellence, has worked with numerous offices within Health and Human Services and other Federal agencies to integrate with financial systems to facilitate management and reporting for over $65B in grants managed annually.
