Dovel Technologies Awarded U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission IDIQ

DIOMDS contract to enable company to support modernization efforts within SEC.

McLean, VA March 4, 2014 – Dovel Technologies, a leader in software application development and emerging information technology solutions, announced today they have been awarded a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Division Information Office Application Modernization and Development Support (DIOMDS) contract with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The DIOMDS contract will support the SEC Office of Information Technology (OIT) Division Information Office (DIO) in acquiring modernization and development services and will include a range of services comprised of five comprehensive development and support functional areas:

  • Software upgrades and enhancements
  • Application reengineering and modernization
  • New application development
  • Configuration deployment and testing
  • System specifications and knowledge transfer

Dovel is proud to have Acentia LLC and Ascella Technologies, Inc. as our teaming partners for this DIOMDS contract supporting the SEC. The base period of the contract is five years, with one five year option period. There were six DIOMDS awardees in total, with a contract ceiling of $80M.
