Service-Based Organization Chart
Here is a sample serviced-based organization chart I created as a personal exercise.
I created this as a “backlash” to an organization that was structured around lifecycle phases (one division for tech exploration, one for project management to build huge SYSTEMS, and a maintenance division (“IT Hospice”) whose goal was to minimize user pain, but not to make systems better.
I’m sure it could be improved as it was only a couple hours work. I’d be curious about any thoughts or suggestions.
