The Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract was awarded to acquire a full range of technical and management services necessary to develop, maintain and enhance existing and to-be-determined CTP systems in support of all programs administered by CTP. This BPA has a ceiling of $150 million.

Prime contractor Dovel is an experienced FDA contractor focused on providing healthcare domain-driven systems integration and application development services.
